Urban renewal Ilot des Arts

Program: The Ilot des Arts is the symbolic center of life in the Pontreau Colline Saint André neighborhood, with its proximity to shops, schools and public institutions. Its major asset is its proximity to the du Guesclin conservatory, which is directly adjacent, as well as to the historic center. The aim is to integrate the block into the string of squares, parks, gardens and natural spaces that form a constellation of open landscaped areas around the historic town center.
